One-on-one training allows us to work specifically towards your goals and a more balanced you. And meeting virtually means we can work together from anywhere!

How does it work?This is your training! You can choose! But, if you'd like some guidance, here's what I recommend:
First - Reach out to Ashlyn to discuss your goals, any previous injuries, and anything else that may be relevant! Then - schedule a weekly training session where we can dive in to the work! I recommend choosing either one 45-minute session or breaking it up into two 25-minute sessions each week. |

All you need is a way to connect to our virtual session and a yoga/Pilates mat! If you have other props available (balls, bands, rollers, etc...) we can incorporate them into your sessions, but props are not required!
