Home Programs are a fantastic bridge between private lessons and self practice. This option is great if you're looking for a way to work together that doesn't require a weekly commitment.
Created especially for you, each Home Program package includes one-on-one sessions, a list of exercises, and a unique workbook that breaks down each movement.

How does it work?
During your one-on-one sessions I'll learn your movement patterns and goals while giving you the tools to move through a Pilates practice on your own. You'll receive a workbook that includes a list of exercises as well as a breakdown of each exercise in case you need a reminder. Plus, if you ever feel stagnant in your home program, we can book a Refresher Package.
